Shitoshi Kusama, the mysterious leader of Shiba Inu, has been silent on X, reducing his social media presence to almost zero. While the community is wondering what is going on and what Kusama might be doing, a pseudonymous SHIB marketing specialist named Lucy has attempted to explain the reason for her three-week absence from social media. She also defended Kusama from criticism from impatient SHIB enthusiasts.
The latest post on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter) by Shitoshi Kusama was made on February 21, where the SHIB leader introduced new and improved liquidity pools on the ShibaSwap DEX, which will strengthen the Shibarium ecosystem and allow for easier and smoother liquidity pool management.
SHIB’s marketing head Lucy posted a tweet to answer several questions asked about Kusama’s absence, which she apparently saw on X and received in DMs. In his tweet, he shared his opinion on what is happening with Kusama and why she has not been active on X and other similar platforms for about a month. There was also a sense of mystery in his statement. Luce said that he believes Shitoshi Kusama is “doing exactly what he promised.” He added that this means that he is “working hard around the world to raise awareness” about SHIB and Shibarium and is likely holding in-person and online meetings, and possibly looking for new strategic partnerships and investors for Shibarium.
